Applications

Thunderblast  Carts Emulsion  small diameter explosives are especially designed for underground metalliferrous mining and secondary blasting in open-cast mines. They can also be used for open cast mines, tunneling, dam,  road constructions and irrigation projects, well sinking and in other similar applications. We have specially designed Carts Emulsion Thunderblast for tunneling operations with special features like high bulk strength and minimal fume generation.

Better Performance

Provides greater explosive energy thereby ensuring more cubic meter of blasted rocks for every kilogram of explosive. Easy in handling, storage and transportation.

Total Safety

Virtually non-existent post-blasting fumes- non toxicity and no headaches. Does not explode on impact. Non explosive even when exposed to fire. Environment friendly.

Precise, easy -to-use nonelectric detonators for construction, surface and underground blasting applications. Allows the user to sequence blast in a very easy and efficient was, especially when blasting a large amount of blast holes.

EZ Det

The EZ Det composed of a shock tube of different lengths with a detonator and a connector in the same unit.  It includes both the down-the –hole (DTH) detonator and a surface truck line delay (TLD) connector.  The units are factory assembled for reliability and are in fact an in-hole initiation source as well as a surface delay system combined.

The connector block together with its low energy micro-cap is the key to the systems simplicity. Simply clip the connector from one hole to the shock tube of another hole and you have both initiated and sequenced the hole.

EZ TLD

The EZ TLD  is a surface trunk line delay (TLD) comprised of a length of shock tube and a precise micro-cap detonator housed in a colour coded plastic connector block. The EZ TLD is available in a variety of timings giving the blaster optimum versatility in blast designs. Connector block can accept up to 6 shock tubes.
