NITRONEL QS & QH
|
NITRONEL Q is a millisecond delay detonator system used in particular in quarries and open pits. NITRONEL Q system consist of NITRONEL QH in-hole detonators and NITRONEL QS surface detonators.
NITRONEL QS detonators are used to obtain blasting delay between the initiated NITRONEL QH or MS in-hole detonators and to extension and diverge the blasting line by connection with other surface detonators NITRONEL QS. NITRONEL QS are placed into the plastic connectors with enable to connect the detonators with 6 shock tubes of the initiated detonators and to protect against detonator splinters. The connector colours depend on the detonator type.
NITRONEL QH detonators are intended to initiate explosives placed inside a blasting hole. These detonators are of the long delay times so that the blasting net, made of NITRONEL QS, wouldn’t be damaged during the blasting holes detonation.
